How can we check for availability of the tours you offer?
You can click on one of the Book a Tour Online buttons found at the top of each page on our website and check availability for whichever tour you wish.
How do we book our tour of choice and how is payment taken?
You can book your tour by clicking on one of the Book a Tour Online buttons found at the top of each page on our website and following the booking procedure. A 20% deposit is required upon booking and the balance due is to be paid 21 days prior to your tour. Payment is by credit card and in Euro.
Is it possible to split payment within a tour group?
No. This facility is not available on our booking system.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refund is available after final payment is made 21 days prior to your tour. An exception is made for clients arriving by cruise ship. If your ship is unable to make port on the day of your tour, we will offer a 100% refund.
Are your tours private?
We are a private tour company so all tours are private and personal. We are happy for clients arriving by cruise ship to gather groups themselves but this is not a service we provide.
What type of vehicle would we tour in?
You would tour in a luxury Mercedes-Benz Viano. Most of our guides have their vehicles registered as limousines and three are registered as taxis. They are spacious comfortable vehicles with leather interior, privacy glass, A/C etc.
What is not included in the price?
Entrance fees and lunch are not included in the tour fee.
Were does the tour start and were do we meet our guide?
You will be collected from and returned to your accommodation or ship.
Please meet your guide outside your accommodation at the starting time indicated on your confirmation.
For clients arriving by cruise ship your guide will be parked by your ship as directed by port security and your vehicle will have a sign in the windscreen with your name on it.
For clients arriving by cruise ship please do not disembark earlier than the time indicated as your guide will not be there.
Do we need to pre-book tickets for our tours?
We would advise pre-booking tickets for the Book of Kells Exhibition, the Guinness Storehouse and the Jameson Distillery if you are visiting them as part of your tour. We can send you a link to where they can be purchased if necessary.
Driving Services
Tour Dublin also offers drive only services. Airport transfers, concert/sporting event collect and return, conferences and weddings. Please contact us for further information.
